      Pros

      Quite challenging but very rewarding. Since my departure from the military I had not found a more rewarding career than the one I found in DBA. I missed the camaraderie and fellowship I had while serving, which I was able to find here. New personnel get treated very fairly, and the training is normally held one on one with an experienced member. I could not be more blessed to have found my new home!

      Cons

      Someone may not particularly like the 100% travel, so if traveling is not your thing, do not apply. But if it is, what a great place to see the world; experience new cultures, learn new ideas and concepts and apply them to make positive change.
