Cons

Not a lot of room for career advancement. Everyone in senior positions has been there for years so moving up doesn’t seem possible.

Pay vs. job duties, the pay should increase or an incentive to take on the constant challenge of workload Communications between management and team are lacking there seem to be daily changes with little notice making it hard to catch up on work
