Disgusting workplace and incapable management

Decent location easily accessible via public transportation.

I recently resigned after several years working full time. I tried to last as long as I could but it got to a point where I was disgusted by the behavior of certain people around me especially the management double standards. It doesn't matter how good of an employee you are, unless you are friend with one of the manager your chances of getting a promotion or any requests met are equal to zero. What really did it for me was this old nasty man that is known to come to 'work' and all he does instead is watching porno movies and sleep!!!! Seriously?? Goodbye!

We have great people, great technology, great clients. Thank you for recognising that. For your critique, I believe you are referring to ZoomSystems parent company Group executives as well as myself as the sole executive officer of ZoomSystems when making that comment. I do believe there has been a break down in communication from the executive leadership: the weekly emails I used to do have created a gap since we decided I stop them and the monthly all hands have been inconsistent. We've had a lot of staff turnover since September 2019 most of which is regrettable and you're right we haven't communicated or consistently celebrated everyone that left across the entire company, instead relying on managers to so who have been out of the loop themselves perhaps. I will ask out Group HR executive to be more conscious of this and communicative with the Fun Committee to celebrate our people more. In terms of a plan, this is something I'm actively working on with the other executives. I feel we are very reactive as a business and we need more client-based longer term planning. We don't have anything to communicate yet as it's all in process -- and there is a lot going on -- but maybe what you want is more transparency in the process of all the discussions which is something I will reflect on.
