- This company has good reputation inside india due to its founders popularity. - If you and your wife crack the interview together, found a manager to bootlick forever, you can consider your life as settled. It doesn’t matter if you don’t know anything. Bootlicking will help you survive. - Perks like free food, Mobile phones, Macbooks, and frequent office celebrations lets you boast about zoho with your friends.
Cons
- Mostly if you got selected for incubation/intern chances of you making it to the team is very less. Unless you are a girl who is very pretty. (So do not accept your offer and waste your time)And Mostly they don’t have a training policy so they won’t train you. - Perks all that you hear about are just brainwashing. -FREE FOOD = you will notice your stomach getting bloated frequently due to undercooked food, eventually you will start eating outside. -MOBILE PHONES = You have to work there for the next 3years. Otherwise, they will ask you to pay a depreciated amount when you leave. - YEARLY BONUS= they will only confirm probation after a year so you will never get your bonus until a year passes. - NEVER THINK ABOUT PROMOTION = Consider yourself as a lifetime individual contributor (IC) may be you will see promotion around 15 years if service. - HR POLICIES ARE A JOKE = Never expect your HR to support you when you will face a problem with your manager. (Consider yourself as fired and move on) HRs do not have SOPs to handle these stuff. They are heavily under knowledged. - DO NOT EXPECT WORKING PROCESS= This company is a jugaad company (vembu himself says this often) they don’t follow any rules so standardisation does Exist.

* Every Pros is team dependent - not product - "team". * Good to start for people from non CS background. * MNC with StartUp culture so learning will be great. * Easy to take leave. * Office is providing food - big money and time saver. * Big campus so you will not get bored of env. * Located in Guduvanchery so easy to exit from the city if your not from chennai and other side.

* Every Cons is team dependent - not product - "team". * Less salary growth. * Micromanagement. * No standards are being followed. * Unnecessary weekend work. * Hard to take WFH Recently. * High working hours.
