Pros

Exposure to working on projects independently, which can help improve technical skills. Opportunity to understand end-to-end project flow, including requirements, development, and delivery. Can be a learning experience for those who are already confident and self-driven in their tech stack.

Cons

Unrealistic expectations from freshers, including being expected to know everything from day one without proper guidance. Poor coordination between management and the development team. Extremely strict and restrictive work environment (no mobile phones, earphones, accessories, or even backpacks). Rules are created and changed suddenly without proper communication. Excessive micromanagement, including questioning employees for being just a few minutes late from tea or lunch breaks. Employees are called out for taking slightly longer on tasks, regardless of task complexity. Very low compensation, especially during the probation period, with minimal salary even after confirmation. Small salary increases are misleadingly presented as major hikes. High stress levels with limited support or motivation. Leaves are strongly discouraged, with work prioritized over personal health and family. Despite dedication and presence, employees are often criticized during performance reviews.
