This is a family-run business and it shows. Compared to other nursing homes I've worked in, they're very nice here. You can tell they actually care about their residents.

We appreciate that everyone here works hard in a demanding environment. We are always looking to improve ourselves, especially when it comes to employee appreciation. We do give annual reviews that come with pay increases. We also created three levels of Dietary Aides for the staff so they can advance within the kitchen and each level comes with a pay raise.
