Cons

The company has a heavy micromanagement culture, with staff treated more like school children than professionals. There are serious issues with fairness in the workplace, including favouritism and instances of racism that are not properly addressed. Employees are not treated equally, and this creates a toxic and uncomfortable environment. Workloads are excessive, while pay is low and not reflective of the demands of the role. On top of that, management quality is poor, with individuals being promoted into roles they are not fit for. Overall, it is a highly stressful environment and one of the worst places I’ve worked. Major changes in leadership and company culture are urgently needed.

Pros

Great Office. Great people at a team level.

Cons

It is a risk to start in the consumer division. Management are out of touch with there staff and have poor planning skills. They try to hide things and make it sound positive but it is stuff that affect their staffs lives.
