      Horrible culture, there is literally nothing good

      As simple as a no!

      Cons

      Everything. A typical Chinese management company (horrible one) claiming itself as start up. Major reason is no one in the company learn how to be a initiator, all of the employee wanted to be a zombie. In case anything goes wrong, the initiator takes all the demerit, publicly.
