      Great management, decent benefits, good pay. Very laid back and professional company to work for!

      Not a lot of room for advancement or position changes. Limited contracts to move to.

      I believe there is no other company that you can work for that cares more for its people than Zapata Technology. The company has an outstanding leadership team that puts a lot of emphasis on valuing people. One of the ways they do this is through Zapata University, which is completely focused on the personal and professional development of employees.

      Cons

      It is a small company so you are not a badge number. However, this also means that there may be less opportunities for advancement in some cases.
