      You can join in different projects as you want. So you can learn new skills quickly and apply them

      Cons

      It is an start up so you must to be as flexible as you can, there is not a fixed role (I don't see this as real disadvantage)

      Great manager, not longer with them

      Cons

      Pivots every other moon to another industry. Guts all of its researchers and puts whatever at the head so that investors gain financially from IP

      Engineers and technical managers were top notch, being at the forefront of one of the biggest research & engineering projects of the century was great while it lasted.

      Cons

      Company folded and everyone lost their jobs. That's startups I guess.
