      Yum had very interesting work and a recognition culture second to none.

      Top heavy org structure with misguided approach

      Cons

      Typical poor corporate culture, someone quits and they "ask" you to take over their job. Very unfair. Lots of cursing and temper tantrums from Directors, VPs. And if they are protected by "Gibbs" or higher than good luck with that. Everyones drinking the Kool-Aid so good luck with trying to get some assistance.
