      When I had resigned I was sent a mail saying my salary will be given in the full and final settlement after 45 days. I have been waiting fir 45 days but I havent been credited my salary for the month. I have bene trying to reach to HR and management but they dont answer my calls or emails or texts. Bad company Worse management

      Pros

      - Hybrid module allows WFH - Few people are a Gem, will help and support you. - Salary is credited on time and has health insurance available.

      Cons

      - Biased team leads and managers. - Upper Management cannot handle criticism well and will ask you to leave once you point out the faults in the system. - No teamwork, No support. Recently they adopted the hire & fire ideology. - No growth opportunities. Management will only acknowledge you if you jolly up to them otherwise it's as good as being invisible. Trust me your performance won't matter. - They will promise you incentive plans but will ignore you when the time comes.
