Pros

The product is incredible, but the people are what truly make this company special. Everyone is supportive, collaborative, and genuinely invested in helping one another succeed and working together for the betterment of the company. It is refreshing to work alongside talented professionals who are not only incredible in their respective fields, but also great teammates and overall great people. Leadership: Executive leadership is a standout aspect of Yext. They are transparent, approachable, incredibly down to earth (with great senses of humor), and always communicate a clear vision for the future. Decisions and results are explained clearly and openly, employees are kept informed about opportunities and challenges equally, and everything is addressed directly; creating a strong sense of trust and alignment across the organization. Culture: Although it is usually a buzzword just thrown around, Yext actually believes and invests in it. No company is perfect, but Yext, with executive leadership setting the tone at the top, places a huge emphasis on culture and values, prioritizing both personal and professional growth and wellness. There are plenty of opportunities to learn, take on new challenges, and grow your career; while also being given the peace of mind and resources to recharge while doing so. The environment is fast-paced but supportive, which combined with Yext's values and employees, creates an environment of high performers that can thrive while also feeling valued and supported.

Cons

Not a con, but more of a disclosure. If you are looking for a place to just "get a job and collect a check," Yext is not for you. You truly get out what you put in, and while everyone is understanding and we know life happens, we hold each other to a high professional standard for both conduct and work quality, I personally believe this is part of what makes Yext great, but not all may feel that way.
