Pros

You don’t have to switch on camera in meetings.

Cons

- Unrealistic numbers of creatives to be done everyday! It may sound 10-7 working hours but for designer it will take 12 hours . And if not done, get ready to hear all yelling in meeting. Plus the owner blames too if any client leaves. - They withhold salaries of numerous employees who are either leaving are fired on spot. Forget about receiving them instead Aman harasses them and threatens. - search about yellodrive on linkedin, numerous brands have called them out for cheating them . Various ex employees haven’t received their last working month payment. Horrible !!!!! - They don’t give salary slips and reliving letters etc . Nothing . - owners are excellent manipulators and liars and have zero ethics and shame.

Pros

It's one of the best digital marketing agencies I have worked with. Being a remote-first organisation, it completely values work-life balance of the employees. Speaking about the learning culture, it allows all the employees ample time to learn and grow and is always open to feedback and suggestions. The founders are really amazing to work with, eager to teach and guide each of us to be our best selves at work.

Cons

The only con is that we have alternate saturdays working. It'd be best if we have a 5-day work week. Apart from this, everything else is really good.
