- Lady Boss manages business thru "gut feelings". Does not look at data or sales numbers. Makes decisions thru gut feelings and has serious trust issues.
- No actual reward system and despite almost doubling sales, no bonus and it's all the owner's credit for business growth. A lot of empty promises.
- You must know Chinese. Taiwanese lady boss claims otherwise but her communication is english is weak and often cause of misunderstandings.
- No performance appraisal
- No proper HR
- Interviews are easy to pass as Lady Boss practices "try out" a person on the job and if not suitable, just ask to go (one day notice).
- No progression / proper career path. Owner's version of progression is to change your job scope without proper training and pay adjustment as "It's your honour that the company is willing to let you learn new things."
- Lady Boss's management style is to change personnels frequently (even past probation) instead of grooming thru proper training. Despicable methods used to force people to resign.
