Very little benefits here. Only work here if you want to experience ways of being insulted and belittled for existing.
Cons
Uses employee's money to buy parts. Never pays back Doesn't update the software. Tone deaf to rules, regulations and upgrading the software. Clients always angry. Too reliant on external suppliers. In house facilities are limited. Management is too naive in handling anything. Depends too heavily on designer. Job scope deviation happens more often than needed, along with personal attacks.
