Pros
The best thing about working there is the work/life balance. There's a four day work week, which is great .
Cons
but the pay is lower than other companies for the same work. There's also little to no room for career growth. Communication between departments is lacking, and things change on a dime. Work you've been putting in for 10 months is suddenly shut down because management is going in a new direction. Diversity here is a real issue. With few exceptions, everyone is white. The entire exec team is white, religious, cis, and heterosexual.
