Beginning of employment was new and promising and the leadership team was supportive and encouraging.
Fast forward a couple years and everything changed. Team promotions happened with zero communication to employees. Promotions were discovered via social media.
This was pretty "on brand" considering the company's transparency and communication skills overall are extremely poor.
Employees forced to take on new job skills and responsibilities with ZERO training.
When employees ask for training, they are dismissed and ultimately reprimanded for not "catching on fast enough."
Outreach to HR for guidance was pointless and degrading.
HR was extremely unhelpful throughout employment.
Racist comments were ignored, meal violations were ignored. Countless GOOD employees leave this company due to being under appreciated and mistreated by their leaders.
This company needs a massive overhaul and rebranding, ASAP, or they are going to continue losing good workers.
