Flexible work schedule and lots of overtime opportunities and pretty good benefits. Plus, working with the people we support can be fun and fulfilling. True entry level position, all you have to do is pass a background check.
Cons
Its a minimum wage job with a disproportionately high amount of responsibilities. Training covers only a small part of the job and many things you'll have to figure out on the fly.
