Xsens is a growing high-tech company, which makes it a very dynamic environment. The company itself is developing rapidly, but it also provides room to develop to its employees. From my experience, new initiatives/ideas are appreciated. I love how management trusts me to do my job the way I see fit. The work atmosphere is quite informal and very pleasant, almost family like. The team is relatively young. Colleagues are very open, collaborative and approachable. People work hard, but there is also time for fun. The company organizes a lot of activities for its employees (from movie nights, to cooking workshops).

Great working environment, colleagues are nice. Its a very international vibe with lots of different possibilities career wise. Communal lunches were a great thing.
