Cons
With changing market demands, it's challenging to understand the company's long-term goals. Employees may feel lost and frustrated due to unclear strategy.

Flexitime work schedule just requires that we keep the core hours from 10am-3pm at the office. Lots of autonomy to pursue and suggest projects to management. High starting salary.
Cons
Few Employees. May sometimes require performance of tasks which are outside of duties and responsibilities. Few technically-inclined employees. Few training opportunities. Need to suggest your own projects to ensure continuous on-the-job training.
