Thank You for sharing your feedback this is insightful; albeit disappointing. We encourage employee engagement and feedback, and the implementation of our recent employee Survey Glint has allowed employees to express their feedback in a confidential manner, but it seems we have fallen short and more work needs to be done here. So, please be re-assured that this is something that we will action imminently, and you will notice a difference in the forthcoming months. We believe that investing in our employees and ensuring they have a career path will enable them to reach their true potential. Over the next few months, the People team will be rolling out the career ladders for your repective department, which will provide you with a defined career path.
