Pros

Worked here for almost a year, no one grows and there is no investment in employees being successful.

Cons

The managers are all out to get the most work out of you but if you want to make more or do more you just have to leave the company.

Pros

Working with Microsoft internal teams and learning from the Microsoft community was a big plus. Also, there was a lot of freedom to be creative since upper management lacks expertise or leadership.

Cons

Terrorized culture - Everyone at the company dislikes the owner. Communication is non existent. Shady business practices. I recommend working for a different Microsoft Partner in the area. Overall, leadership at the company is not strong enough for the company to succeed.

Pros

Nice helpful and friendly environment. The company is very good for fresher candidates. You can learn many new things and skills.

Cons

Pressure to do billable hours by yourself. The management can only hear from your direct supervisor/manager. They don't ask you what you are comfortable with.
