Pros

ISDC was a great opportunity to get my foot into the software industry. The best part about the job were the co-workers, and the manager I reported to did not micro manage. He gave me the freedom to forecast realistically without putting his nose into every detail of an opportunity.

Cons

The implementation and customer success team doesn't know how to get the product to work with customers. Realistically if you sell a deal with greater than 20 users, it's likely the customer will cancel and you will get charged back. If you miss your quota for a month just expect to be forced to resign the next month. Don't let go of your best reps because there were multiple changes in territories and segment size.

Sorry that it did not work out for you here. With > 2,000 active customers and growing, our solutions have proven to add significant value in growing revenue. We have many successful sales people who are earning a lot of money. The best sales reps stay, and no one is forced to leave because they miss one month. Pros

Great marketing and brand recognition. Great product to sell. Good recognition for performance. Free drinks and soda. Good pay potential. Fun people/culture.

Cons

Horrible expectations for quota attainment. No historical data for the month taken into consideration. The sales tools are great for inside sales teams, yet insidesales.com doesn't use them for themselves.

Thank you for sharing your perspectives. We have put a lot of focus on creating a high-energy, fun environment, where sales people are compensated and recognized for high performance. So we're glad you saw that. Following a large hiring surge late last year (went from 320 Accelerators to > 700), more and more people are achieving quota every month as they complete training and build their pipeline. We have every reason to believe that the vast majority of our sales people will achieve quota by year-end.
