      Toxic, Full of politics and zero ethics

      None. Zero. Probably the worst organization to be in.

      Cons

      The organization is full of politics and highly toxic people. No respect for employees. The CTO will not respect you and only do what he feels. If you try to express yourself you will be insulted in a meeting with personal attacks. The product has no vision and everyone is a YES sayer to the leadership. Absolutely no work ethics. People don't know to behave/talk or communicate. Instead, you are threatened with bad language by some of the teams. The company has an high attrition rate.

      I have seen this organization unfolding in front of my eyes, no pros..all pomp and show with fakeness around

      Hey peeps don't follow reviews here, they are all Fake. Just analyze the format it's repetitive,Hr forcing new bees to write good review based on the pre designed templates. If you have got brains you will easily find out patters. Just think why some reviews are totally good and why others ripping apart that view.

      1. You get your salary even that can be lesser than promised when it comes to variable part.

      1. The company is full of office politics. People stabbing each other in their back to climb up the management ladder. 2. Fake promises at the time of joining about bonus and hike. 3. No work life balance. 4. No respect for employees who are treated as a labourer.
