1. A recent change in the whole team of HR which turns out to be very effective - as they have started indoor games, dance competitions, fun Friday and lots of other things. 2. Special trainers have been hired to get into the root of problem and issues to resolve them which is a very positive and good initiative.

Some highly experienced person who is on senior designations just because of the number of experiences they have should be replaced by skilled people which is very important for organization growth. Innovation, Transparency, and communication within the team are missing. A true leader creates more leader. 3.
