The team is solid and there are many opportunities to learn through training.

Cons

Cross‑department communication can sometimes be unclear. For example, there are cases directed to Department A, but they do not take initiative to provide insights that would help Department B complete the work. Even though the case is 100% processed by Department A, Department B often has to make repeated efforts to coordinate. Sometimes, the information received from Department A does not meet expectations.
