Pros
The morale is great, you are treated like a human being and not a number. Management is so engaged, and they go above and beyond to really help you thrive at your job. When they say we are family, they truly mean it. I love being a part of the Workplace Family, wish I made the move years ago.

I do not have any at this time, so far everything is exactly how they portrayed it to be.
