Pros
I enjoyed working here. Most of my co-workers were friendly, helpful, and nice. Benefits were decent. My boss was fantastic and supportive. Good company culture as a result of good people working there. Great professional development program. Nice office layout, conducive to teamwork. Being in midtown was great!
Cons
There was a lack of transparency regarding company operations and changes. Not a lot of emphasis placed on company culture by management (good culture came from good employees, not from effort by management).
