This is an independent contractor position and training is long (about 2 weeks) with no pay, but they do provide an incentive after you've put in some actual working hours. Their pay is based on per minute and not actually an hourly rate.

There are too many to list! Horrible and ridiculous pay, in adequate training, management, who doesn’t know what they’re doing, management who makes you feel like you’re just another number, they will easily replace you with no warning if you do not meet their ridiculous standards for crackers income
