Pros

Everyone was willing to assist and teach new staff. Very family oriented and enjoyable. Everyone had a good work ethic and helped each other out.

Cons

Pay was low. It did not match with the cost of living. Caseloads were high.

-Flexible -PTO -Great benefits -Great work/life balance

Cons

-okay pay, but lower due to being a nonprofit organization -can be unstable due to being a nonprofit -smaller company so less room for advancement Unfortunately, a lot of the 'cons' are typical with any nonprofit and can't really be helped.
