Pros

Benefits, Holidays, People, Locations & Experience

Cons

1. So many. ..called in on weekends and you have to leave early during the week so you will not receive OT. 2. Do not ever expect a decent raise. 3. You are hired to be an MT but you are responsible for the lot & public spaces, leaving maybe 3 hours for maintenance. In the older properties you need the full 8 hours for maintaining the rooms and equipment. 4. Also expected to go into check outs to gather trash and put the linens in. They see tying my hands on getting this property into the best shape it can be.

Pros

A wonderful place for managers who are willing to lie, cheat and steal to keep their jobs. Their reputation in my eyes was so bad and tainted that they had to change their name to hide their past I believe. You have to read" Value Place" reviews to understand who you are dealing with. What I had to deal with was constant lies, cheating and a manager that was no better than a common shoplifter. Dirty money is happily accepted. Turnover rate exceeded 300%.

Cons

You will be judged by the companies you associate with so don't even accept any offers. Lying to employees is common and so is wage theft I believe. Expecting employees to work off the clock or be fired is common in my opinion.

Had To Quit

Pros

Wonderful place to work for bottom of the barrel employees. Great to know that manager is still there scratching and clawing their way to nowhere. When a manager is willing to lie, cheat and steal to keep their job it clearly represents the company as a whole, profits from dirty money are gladly accepted. When I realized that I as a person would be judged by the company I keep and work for, I just had to quit without giving notice. I can't even list this employer on my resume because of how it would taint it.

Cons

Honesty and integrity are non existing. Forcing employees to work off the clock is common and if you live on site you have no choice or be left homeless.
