The leadership is extremely toxic. They know what is best and no one else can tell them otherwise. Was told I wasn't good at my job repeatedly, that I didn't know what I was doing, even though this has been my career for 15 years. Started to actually doubt my skills and would leave in tears at the end of the day. They bully other staff and treat them like children instead of co-workers. Never in my life have I been in such a toxic environment other than the DV situation I survived and which is why I wanted to work there. Never again. Just traumatizing.
