That said, I’m sad to hear that parts of your experience fell short. Feeling talked down to, excluded as a new starter, or facing inconsistency in onboarding and treatment is not the environment we want at all. Your feedback on leadership behaviour, clearer protocols when things go wrong, and a more consistent, inclusive welcome is heard and taken seriously.
