Good pay for new hires, but stability is fading

Pros
Good pay (for new hires) and the people are incredibly knowledgeable.
Cons
Pay for tenured employees has fallen well-below market rate. Many people accepted this due to the generous share plan, and then the value of the shares collapsed in response to the ongoing governance and PR issues. There used to be the understanding that the company was stable place to work and build tenure which means people would forgive a lot of the quirks, but the recent "AI Transformation" has shown this isn't the case. A lot of the processes and technology are mandated by senior leadership and are unique to Wisetech - meaning that employees are forced to spend a lot of time building non-transferable skills, only to be made redundant.
