Winlight have a great structure with career progression, the management are supportive too.

Cons

It can get busy as the sales teams need candidates cleared urgently. But this comes with the territory of the job

Pros

this was my first compliance role and i loved every minute. I was trained very thoroughly by the compliance manager and its taught me how important our role is when placing candidates in the health care markets.

Cons

I wish l didn't have to relocate, otherwise i would still be there. Loved all my colleagues and am still in touch with them.
