      Poor Management, Manager, Favouritism, Bare Minimum Commission, Minimal Vacation, ONLY THREE sick days, no regard for mental health and well being, money and "numbers game" environment

      Great product and some nice colleagues

      Cons

      Terrible work environment. Its like they learned everything form watching grant cardone videos. One mananget that truly made a difference was let go in place of another that was only in it for themselves. 3 lousy sick days. Senior managment are out of there depth. I hope it succeeds, but its running on fumes. Look how many ads they have for new reps. They cant keep good ones. Its a rotating dooe there.
