Wingman Planning is a great place to work. The entire team is collaborative, energized, and passionate; making for a great environment to achieve weekly, monthly and yearly goals. Leadership really takes the time to listen and creates a safe atmosphere to grow and learn.
Cons
At Wingman, we run a mile a minute. At any given time, there are multiple projects occurring within and cross-departments. It's a very fast-paced environment, so your day-to-day never looks the same. Being able to pivot and wear many hats is crucial to success in any role within the company.

Wingman truly cares about the people we work with — both our clients and our team. It’s rewarding to help small businesses live out their dreams and actually see their growth firsthand. Every day is hands-on and creative, whether it’s being on-site for client photo and video shoots or brainstorming strategy with the team. You really feel like your work matters.
Cons
Since it’s a smaller company, there aren’t endless layers of advancement — but that also means your ideas are heard, your work gets noticed, and you have the chance to make a meaningful impact early on.
