      Pros

      Wing offers strong exposure to different departments, leadership discussions, and operational decision-making. The company moves fast, which gives employees the opportunity to learn quickly, handle meaningful projects, and contribute beyond their usual role. There is also room to improve processes and work with people across teams.

      Cons

      As with any fast-growing company, priorities can move quickly and processes continue to evolve. This creates a dynamic environment, but it also means teams can benefit from continued alignment, clearer documentation, and more standardized workflows as the company scales.

      Upper management operates on a “buddy-buddy” system; if they don’t like you, your job security may be at risk. Even if an executive’s recommended hire is incompetent (after one month of training and still unable to follow the process), the PH country head has limited authority to terminate them. Employee bonuses from Wing have been reduced. Salary disbursement is often delayed. One executive has a “favorite person” from EA who is now part of upper management; this has contributed to a toxic leadership environment, despite limited knowledge of recruitment. Some executives appear to be primarily driven by financial motivations.
