      Pros

      You get decent pay for the industry.

      Cons

      Constant back and forth with upper management. You receive training that is aggressive sales training. Constant micro- management from upper management. Extremely hard to complete your daily task from all the meetings you have to be in about sales and the company direction. Constant employee turn over in employees.

      Great place to work. Ownership cares about you and your family. The trucks, equipment, and tools are new and well taken care of. The pay and benefits are very good.
