Pros
Not much intervention from seniors. You get to learn new things as you are made to work in different departments irrespective of job role.
Cons
Leave policy is very bad. 10 hours shift with no dinner or tea breaks specified, you can go an entire night without food if the work is hectic. 6 days working and only 1 day off- which makes work life balance really sad. Some seniors have to work for more than 12 hours if needed! Bandwidth is very low yet demo tutoring slots are kept opened and sometimes you have to be present in more than 1 call at once, taking sudden sick leaves as well creates major issue for the others.

Wiingy is an excellent place to work, offering new opportunities for learning and growth. The leadership team is highly supportive, and the work environment is friendly , with team members who are always ready to help and cooperate.
Cons
I have been working here for the past 10 months and have not encountered any significant cons so far.
