A lot of sweet talk from management with little results. Management will focus on meaningless initiatives and micromanaging productivity software instead of supporting their most valuable employees. Pay is laughably low even for the most valuable workers, and if you show promise you'll just get a bigger workload dumped on you. Management will sweeten you by saying things like "you could be making 60K in two years..." when you're already worth nearly double that. As mentioned in another review, management has a slight cult of personality and there's some favoritism going on even for employees who don't really contribute. Lots of meaningless speeches. Knowledgeable and valuable employees are overworked, pushed to the wayside, and arbitrarily fired. Can't understate how much management will lie to you about how much you should be paid and what it's like at other positions. There are some manipulative figures here that are good at talking, especially to the young and inexperienced. Know your worth. They won't pay you what you're worth or treat you fairly here.
