      Pros

      Lots of paid time off, flexible, independent, good for self starters. The British culture keeps the demands more reasonable. The NY staff is awesome and kind.

      Cons

      There is an ongoing disconnect between London team and New York team, and it feels like there are conflicting interests. Difficult building with unfriendly sales team. Low pay.
