      Career progression opportunities overshadowed by poor management

      You have a very good options for progressing your career. Brilliant staff member

      Cons

      Awful management, too convoluted towards the top with senior management not having a clue what's going on at the bottom level. trying to cut overtime hours. At this point it's better to get your training here and then move onto contracting which would get better salary for the work you do, probably less stress and a much better work environment.
