Pros
They pay you an hourly living wage, with bonuses for exceeding sales targets. The working hours are also very reasonable (typically 6 hours of knocking a day.)
Cons
Extremely hard to be kept on, if you don't meet targets, leading to very very high staff turnover. The work environment itself is actually fine compared to many other door-to-door companies, they're very ethical and you're able to have a life outside of work, but it's SUPER hard to last more than a week or two here unless you're really good at it.
