      Super understanding, helpful, and supportive employer. Willing to help train where you need trained, guide through the learning process, and willing to admit their own faults and make changes.

      Cons

      Becoming more flexible with hours but due to the nature of the business it's a 7-4 or 8-5 structured day every day.
