      Positive environment, good growth opportunities, focus on process improvement, dog-friendly office, good pay and work-life balance, insurance benefits are 100% covered for employee, CEO provides supportive and constructive feedback in meetings.

      Cons

      PTO and holiday benefits are below industry standard, insurance options are limited, limited WFH policy.
