I love being able to listen to podcasts/audio books/music with headphones while I work.
It's nice to be able to choose what I want to work on, depending on the work load and how many orders we have pending.
I feel like my input and expertise is valued and valuable.
Cons
Sometimes there isn't a lot of work available when things slow down.
