It is a company that have big jobs and a quite organized working structure. Also the accommodations are fine.

Cons

You have to be OLD to stay in this company. The average years of the bosses could be 70 years old or more. As result the site management and site top management is poor, often very poor. No chances for the young, also if you are excellent.

Lots of bureaucracy makes it hard to do simple things Attempts to build a collaborative culture are undermined by program and workload demands. Inexperienced employees left to flounder and experienced employees are overloaded with work. Silo mentality. Senior managers hide from front line employees. Lack of in house training.
