Nooo pros only cons. You will be get mad in this company and will want to die.
Cons
1. They will make you work for free. 2. No management at all. 3. Fake promises 4. No perks 5. No paid leaves 6. Salary not on time (deductions with no reason ) 7. Also they just tell you to make a jugaad app. 8. Work on sundays if you dont salary will be deducted No learnings at all. 9. The salary 1/4 th of what u deserve.

Websenor is a place where i am working for last 2 years and would like to work for life time. They have great management, big vision and 50+ people in development. Some people in team have very well experience. They have creative environment and CEO is full of energy and great person who can give you great direction towards your career.
Cons
Yes, They should also focus on people who are not capable to work. Company gives chance to those who are not capable to work, they should avoid freshers.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
